Why Old Navy Has Just Re-Won Over My Heart (and booty!)

That’s it. I’m declaring it. I’m jeans obsessed and I’ve been leaving no stone unturned when it comes to trying ALL the denim for this curvy bod (to share with you babes as well, duh!)

So when I found out Old Navy was relaunching all their denim with one consistent Rockstar fit (their claim: better fabric, better fit, better booty!) I had to try a pair for myself.

I was already a fan of their Rockstar style (and 9/21 is National Rockstar day!) and I wanted to take one of their 4 new styles for a spin. I ordered the Rockstar Super-Skinny in both a 14 and 16 tall and wanted to test them out for comfort, stretch, and, super important to me—maintaining shape (can’t lose that shape and get saggy, I HATE that!) and style them from day to night.

I recommend heading in-store and trying on the jeans, personally, to see what your best fit is, because there are several different styles, though they all have what we all love about Old Navy’s legendary Rockstar jean – sexy curved waistband, perfectly placed pockets, and curve hugging fabric that stretches without stretching out.

They recently introduced 4 new styles : High-Rise Pop-Icon Skinny, Rockstar Super-Skinny (even skinnier than the Pop-Icon), Kicker Bootcut and the High-Rise Power Slim-Straight in fresh washes & curve enhancing fabric.

I paired my Rockstar Super Skinnies with a graphic tee, snakeskin mules and a headband and bag (all also from Old Navy) for running around town to the studio, meetings and an event and then added heels, an on-trend boyfriend blazer and earrings (finished with a red lip!) to meet the girls for drinks and grab a bite to eat with the man.

I was so happy with how they maintained their shape and I really love the way they fit (you know I love a good booty shot!) so I recommend these for a nice semi-high rise every day option, especially because they come in tall!

Have you tried Old Navy’s New Denim? What’s your favorite style?
